国内外对对化学毒杀橡胶树残桩的研究证明:亚砷酸钠、2,4,5T—钠盐和毒莠丹是较好的毒杀剂,但前者对人畜毒性大,已停止生产使用,而后者要靠进口。为适应橡胶生产的需要,本试验根据国内外有关资料,寻求毒杀树桩的有效药剂和方法,为胶园更新提供经济有效且易实施的技术措施。供试材料为云南热作所二队苗圃橡胶系比区被淘汰而砍伐留下的八龄橡胶树桩,粗(直径)约12厘米,离地高10—20厘米。试验采用L_8(4×2~4)正交随机区
