新课改后,高中地理教材中增设了“问题研究”的教学环节,旨在激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生的合作意识、实践能力、创新精神,培养学生求真务实的科学精神并巩固地理基础知识和技能。但据笔者的了解,课改实验实施已有五年,但“问题研究”并没有引起教师们的足够重视,在问题研究中还存在着不少问题。一是许多老师根本不组织学生进行“问题研究”。二是把“问题研究”当成常规课来讲。究其原因主要有:
