中学地理课程是基础教育中唯一传播可持续发展知识、树立可持续发展理念的课程,也是将自然科学知识与人文科学知识综合,阐明人与环境关系的课程。因此,新时期中学地理教育在担负着帮助学生获得适应学习化社会需要的基础知识和掌握基本再学习的能力等方面的基本教学职能的同时,更担负着教育学生关心并参与人类的可持续发展,引导学生树立环境意识、全球意识和以人为中心的人地关系观念等科学的地理思想,使学生能够从经济、社会、生态和人文精神等方面理解、认识和评价人类所面临的全球性问题,形成对解决这些问题应采取的正确态度和行为方式,从而具有21世纪对人力资源要求的基本素质的重要职能。本文就应对这一职能需要,优化教学过程,更新教学手段,改进教学方法,谈一点浅显的认识。
Geography curriculum in middle school is the only course in basic education that spreads the knowledge of sustainable development and establishes the concept of sustainable development. It also integrates the knowledge of natural science and humanities and clarifies the relationship between people and the environment. Therefore, geography education in secondary schools in the new era is more responsible for educating students to participate in the sustainable development of human beings while shouldering the basic teaching functions of helping students acquire the basic knowledge necessary for adapting to the learning society and mastering the basic re-learning ability To guide students to establish scientific geography such as environmental awareness, global awareness and human-centered relationship between people and land, so that students can understand, recognize and evaluate the global problems that human beings face from the aspects of economy, society, ecology and humanism So as to form the correct attitude and behavior that should be taken to solve these problems and thus have the important function of the basic quality of human resources required in the 21st century. This article will deal with the needs of this function, optimize the teaching process, update teaching methods, improve teaching methods, talk about a bit plain understanding.
