由于房价的持续下跌和房贷违约率的上升引起的美国次级抵押贷款市场危机(简称次贷危机)被认为是继亚洲金融危机后最严重的一次金融风暴。从去年七八月间爆发以来,美国次贷危机导致了全球金融市场的剧烈波动,许多公司因此遭受巨额损失甚至倒闭,欧美等国央行不得不紧急向市场注入4000多亿美元以缓解流动性不足。本文分析了这次危机产生的原因,并探讨了对我国的启示。
The subprime mortgage crisis in the United States (referred to as the subprime mortgage crisis), which is caused by the continuous falling house prices and the rising mortgage default rate, is considered to be the worst financial crisis since the Asian financial crisis. Since the outbreak in July and August last year, the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States has caused drastic fluctuations in the global financial markets. As a result, many companies suffered heavy losses or even bankruptcies. Central banks in Europe and the United States have to urgently inject more than 400 billion U.S. dollars into the market to ease their liquidity problems . This article analyzes the causes of this crisis and explores its implications for our country.
