目的 :探讨滑膜软骨瘤病的诊断和治疗。方法 :介绍本院 1 980～ 1 996年治疗的滑膜软骨瘤病 1 7例 1 8个关节。分别对滑膜软骨瘤病的好发年龄、部位、临床表现、X线表现、手术治疗方法、膝关节镜应用进行描述。结果 :所有病例术后症状缓解。随访 5～ 1 5年无复发、恶变。结论 :根据临床表现、X线检查特征结合病理能确定诊断。手术治疗是行之有效的方法。关节镜是较好诊治工具。
Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of synovial chondromatosis. METHODS : This article describes the synovial chondromatosis treated in our hospital from 1980 to 1996. There were 17 joints and 18 joints. The age, location, clinical manifestation, X-ray findings, surgical treatment, and knee arthroscopy were used to describe the prevalence of synovial chondromatosis. Results : Symptoms eased in all cases. Follow-up 5 to 15 years without recurrence or malignant transformation. Conclusions: Diagnosis was based on clinical manifestations, X-ray features, and pathological power. Surgical treatment is an effective method. Arthroscopy is a good tool for diagnosis and treatment.
