The formation of the Belt and Road strategy lies in the accumulation of common culture in history. Grassland culture is one of the major ethnic cultures in China distributed along the Silk Road Economic Belt and is also one of the three main sources of Chinese culture. The article first introduces the connotation of “Belt and Road” strategy and grassland culture. Then it analyzes the influence and function of the “Belt and Road” strategy on the international communication of grassland culture. Then it explores the status quo of grassland culture development. Finally, it points out the challenges in the international dissemination of grassland culture and expounds the development path.
