一九八五年九月二十五日国务院批准一九八五年十月十五日商业部、对外经济贸易部、国家物资局发布(85)国函字152号第一章总则第一条根据《中华人民共和国经济合同法》的有关规定,特制定本细则。第二条仓储保管合同(以下简称合同)是存货方和保管方为加速货物流通、妥善保管货物、提高经济效益而明确相互权利、义务关系的协议。

Article 2 The Storage and Custody Contract (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) is the agreement between the stocktaker and the custodian for the purpose of speeding up the circulation of goods, keeping the goods in a safe place, increasing the economic benefits and clarifying the mutual rights and obligations.
