基于贵州黔东南苗族侗族自治州雷山县、宁夏回族自治区同心县277份有效问卷数据,对民族地区农民的职业类型、职业认同做现状分析,并探讨农民职业认同对民族地区农业投资的影响。结论表明:调研地区农民的职业认同度较高,其中职业情感与职业行为强烈;农民职业认同具有显著区域性,同心回族地区农民职业认同度高于雷山苗族地区;农民职业认同对农业投资产生显著正向影响,其中雷山苗族地区对改良生产结构,同心回族地区对引进新技术产生影响,此外,与老一代农民相比,新生代农民的职业认同对农业投资的效用更强。
Based on 277 valid questionnaires from Leishan County, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Tongxin County, Guizhou Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture in Guizhou Province, this paper analyzes the occupational types and occupational identities of peasants in ethnic minority areas and discusses the impact of peasants’ occupational identification on agricultural investment in ethnic minority areas. The conclusion shows that: the surveyed peasants have a higher degree of professional approval, occupational affection and occupational behavior are strong; the peasants occupational identification has significant regionality; the concentric Hui nationality peasants occupational identification is higher than that of the Leishan Miao region; Positive impact of which, Leishan Miao areas to improve the production structure, concentric areas of the Hui people have an impact on the introduction of new technologies, in addition, compared with the older generation of farmers, the new generation of peasants, vocational recognition of the effectiveness of agricultural investment is stronger.
