油菜硼肥的施用通常是用千分之二到三的硼酸或硼砂溶液进行喷施。不同时期喷施的效果一般认为苗期>蕾苔期>开花期,但也有晚喷比早喷好、抽苔、开花期比苗期喷好的报导。据我们在永泉大队的观察,在花岗岩红壤地区严重缺硼的土壤上,油菜有七片真叶时开始表现缺硼症状:根颈部膨大,根系发育不良,部分植株基部叶片叶缘变红。我们用0.2%的硼酸溶液于叶期、蕾苔期各喷施一次,缺硼症状仍无明显改善,单产仅五、六十斤。为此,我们采用田间试验,大面积调查与室内分析相结合的方法,进行了硼肥用量和施用方法的研究。一、小区试验与大田调查田间小区试验在我所永泉基点进行,处理设计方案如下: (1)不施硼肥(对照)。 (2)蕾苔期、初花期各用0.5%的硼
