素质教育改革中强调学生的主体地位,在现代教学中,学生的主体地位逐渐体现,使得学生能够在教学活动中充分发挥主观能动性。就学生主体地位这一概念,教师在教学活动中,也逐渐改变教学模式,在教学中发挥出引导的作用,行为引导教学法由此而得来。行为引导教学法的应用,使得学生的主体地位得到了最大的体现,明确了教师的引导作用,使得教学的效果得到了显著的提高。本文就行为引导教学法在机电教学中的应用进行了简要的探究,仅供参考。
Quality education reform emphasizes the dominant position of students. In modern teaching, the dominant position of students gradually manifests, enabling students to give full play to their initiative in teaching activities. In the concept of student’s subjective position, teachers also gradually change the teaching mode in teaching activities, which plays a guiding role in teaching. Behavior-led teaching method is derived from this. The application of behavior-guided pedagogy has made the students’ main body position got the biggest manifestation, clarified the guiding role of teachers, and made the teaching effect remarkably improved. In this paper, behavioral guidance teaching method in mechanical and electrical teaching a brief exploration, for reference purposes only.
