视网膜电图(ERG)各成分有不同的光敏感性。刺激光强由弱到强时,记录到的ERG成分依次为暗适阈值反应(STR)、b波、a波和振荡电位(OPs)。STR的振幅和潜时与刺激光强呈线性相关,b波振幅与刺激光强函数关系符合“S”型曲线方程:R/R_max=I~n/(I~n+K~n),但当刺激光强较强时,该曲线出现第二上升支。不同的刺激光强,a波有不同的形态,中等强度的刺激光强,a波为双谷型,由a_1波和a_2波组成。OPs各子波中以OP_2的峰时与刺激光强的相关性最高,且不受视网膜适应状态的影响,因此,OP_2的峰时可较好反映视网膜内初级视觉形成过程的时间。
Electroencephalography (ERG) components have different photosensitivity. The stimulated light intensity from weak to strong recorded ERG components were dark adaptation threshold (STR), b wave, a wave and oscillation potential (OPs). The amplitude and latency of STR are linearly correlated with the intensity of the stimulus. The relationship between the amplitude of the b wave and the intensity of the stimulus corresponds to the “S” curve equation: R / R_max = I ~ n / (I ~ n + K ~ n) When the stimulus intensity is strong, the curve appears second ascending branch. Different stimulus intensity, a wave has different forms, moderate intensity stimulus light intensity, a wave is a double valley type, composed of a_1 wave and a_2 wave. OPs in each wave with OP_2 peak and the stimulus light intensity of the highest, and not affected by the status of the retina to adapt, therefore, OP_2 peak can better reflect the primary retinal visual process of formation of the time.
