以二棱大麦(Hordeum,distichum.L)甘木二条等7个品种进行半双列杂交,对 1992年和 1997年的亲本、 F1和F2的株高和各株高构成因素,采用加性-显性-上位性(ADAA)模型进行遗传分析.结果表明,1997年的植株比1992年的较矮;与苏啤1号或Risφ1508杂交组合可选到较矮单株.遗传分析表明,株高和各节(除第三节外)长度以加性效应为主,各性状都具有较高的狭义遗传力和广义遗传力.基因效应预测值表明,甘木二条、苏啤1号和Risφ1508有使植株降矮的负效应.加性互作效应表明,植株高度在不同的环境中,各品种表现不完全一样.另外,亲本(除紫皮大麦外)都存在加性x加性互作效应.甘木二条、苏啤1号和 Risφ1508之间杂交的组合,苏啤 1号与浙农大 3号、紫皮大麦杂交的组合,均可选到较矮植株.
Half-pair hybridization was carried out on seven varieties of Hordeum (Hordeum distichum L.), such as Hordeum distichum L., and the plant height and individual plant height of F1 and F2 in 1992 and 1997 were determined by additive-dominance - Epistasis (ADAA) model for genetic analysis. The results showed that the plants in 1997 were shorter than those in 1992, and the shorter ones could be selected by crossing with Supi 1 or Risφ1508. Genetic analysis showed that plant height and length of each node (except the third) were mainly additive effects, and all traits had high narrow heritability and broad heritability. The predicted value of the gene effect showed that there were negative effects of reducing the plant height of Ganjiazhai, Supi 1 and Risφ1508. Additive interaction effect shows that plant height in different environments, the performance of different species is not exactly the same. In addition, the parents (except purple barley) have additive x additive interactions. The combinations of Ganmu Erzhu, Supi 1 and Risφ1508, the combination of Supi 1 and Zhenongda 3 and Zippi barley all can be selected to shorter plants.
