传统劈凿法拔除下颌中低位前倾阻生齿往往需要切开,翻瓣,去骨,劈牙等操作,导致手术创伤大,时间长,患者痛苦,术后反应重等[1]。高速涡轮钻在牙槽外科中的应用,使下颌复杂阻生齿的拔除变得简单。但是在传统劈凿法思路指导下的高速涡轮钻拔除阻生齿法,并没有很大程度上发挥高速涡轮钻的优势。本文主要介绍应用高速涡轮钻,以“先分牙,多分牙;不翻瓣,小翻瓣;不去骨,不先去骨”的微创拔牙思路作指导,高效微创的拔除下颌中低位
