一、灌区概况南湾灌区是信阳市最早建成的大型灌区之一,1959年开始兴建,1960年部分开灌,至1966年全部建成通水。灌区工程由平桥渠首枢纽、南北2条干渠(长144km),28条支渠(长225km)、565条斗渠(长698km)、44座提灌站、2条排水干沟(长10km)、6条支沟(长113km)等组成。灌溉平桥区、上天梯管理区、罗山、息县、正阳3县2区的24个乡镇,受益人口80.2万人。灌区总土地面积1548hm~2,设计灌溉面积7.49万hm~2。目前有效灌溉面积4.93万hm~2。
I. Introduction of Irrigation District Nanwan Irrigation District was one of the earliest large-scale irrigation districts built in Xinyang City. It was started construction in 1959 and partially flooded in 1960 and was completely opened to water in 1966. The Irrigation District project consists of two main drainage channels (length 144km), 28 branch channels (length 225km), 565 ditches (length 698km), 44 pumping stations, 2 drainage ditches (length 10km), 6 Article branch ditch (113km long) and other components. Irrigation Pingqiao District, the Shangtianti management area, Luoshan, interest County, Zhengyang 3 counties 2 districts of 24 townships, benefiting population of 802000 people. The total land area of irrigated area is 1548 hm ~ 2, and the designed irrigated area is 74900 hm ~ 2. The current effective irrigation area of 49300 hm ~ 2.
