本文对我院开展２０３５只眼人工晶体植入术进行了回顾性统计分析。除１７只眼不能配合视力检查外，术后矫正视力＜０．１者１００只眼（４．９％），０．１～０．４者３９６只眼（９．６％），≥０．５者１５２６只眼（７５．６％）。老年性白内障和Ｆｕｃｈ＇ｓ综合征合并白内障术后视力恢复较其他各类白内障好（Ｐ＜０．０５）。术后视力恢复不良的主要原因是手术适应症放宽，为合并其他严重影响视力恢复因素的眼施行了人工晶体植入术，然而这些患者术后视力多有改善，不应轻易放弃手术治疗的机会
This article to our hospital to carry out 2035 eyes artificial lens implantation retrospective statistical analysis. In addition to 17 eyes can not cooperate with visual acuity examination, postoperative corrected visual acuity <0.1 in 100 eyes (4.9%), 0.1 ~ 0.4 in 396 eyes (9.6%), ≥ 0. 5 of 1526 eyes (75.6%). Visual acuity after cataract surgery in senile cataract and Fuch’s syndrome was better than other types of cataract (P <0.05). Postoperative poor visual acuity mainly due to the relaxation of surgical indications for the merger of other serious impact on visual acuity in the eyes of the implementation of intraocular lens implantation, however, these patients improved visual acuity after more surgery should not be easily given the opportunity to give up
