不同组成和结构类型材料振动压实效果最佳需要的工作参数配置条件不同。本文通过振动压实试验,确定水泥稳定碎石压实效果最佳时的VTM配置条件为工作频率30Hz、名义振幅1.3mm、偏心块夹角60°和配重块分配S4X6。对骨架密实水泥稳定碎石进行不同击实法和不同成型法的性能对比试验。试验结果表明,静压法成型试件级配衰退幅度明显大于振动压实法,振动压实法确定的最大干密度平均比重型击实法的约大0.06g·cm-3,振动法成型试件的7天无侧限抗压强度约为重型击实法的1.5~2倍,并且随着水泥剂量的减少,不同成型方法的强度差异越大。

The maximum dry density determined by vibration compaction method is about 0.06 g · cm-3, The 7 day unconfined compressive strength is about 1.5 to 2 times that of the heavy compaction method, and with the decrease of the cement dosage, the difference of the strength of the different forming methods is greater.
