目的:研究柚苷配基对慢性压迫性神经损伤模型的镇痛效果。方法:经慢性压迫性损伤建立神经性疼痛大鼠模型后,分别给予模型大鼠25和50mg/kg的柚苷配基以及10mg/kg的普加巴林。在第0、3、5、7、14和21天采用Hargreaves方法评估大鼠的行为变化,针刺实验测试触觉性机械痛觉过敏和经冷水诱发的异常性疼痛,最后测定氧化应激反应参数。结果:柚苷配基能缓解经慢性压迫性损伤诱发的神经性疼痛,减轻脂质过氧化反应,降低一氧化氮水平,恢复还原型谷胱甘肽含量。结论:柚苷配基能缓解坐骨神经损伤引起的疼痛。
Objective: To study the analgesic effects of naringenin on chronic compression nerve injury model. Methods: After the model of neuropathic pain was established by chronic compression injury, the model rats were given 25 and 50 mg / kg naringenin and 10 mg / kg pribarbital respectively. Hargreaves method was used to assess behavioral changes in rats on days 0, 3, 5, 7, 14 and 21, acupuncture experiments to test tactile mechanical hyperalgesia and allodynia induced by cold water, and finally to determine oxidative stress response parameters. Results: Naringin could relieve the chronic pain induced neuropathic pain, reduce the lipid peroxidation, reduce the level of nitric oxide and restore the reduced glutathione content. Conclusion: Naringin can relieve the pain caused by sciatic nerve injury.
