本文以大型民用客机操纵面的典型机构设计为背景,基于轴承滑移通道的摩擦力矩关系,对轴承安装螺栓的定力矩值做分析研究,给出了计算原理和计算方法。对带有中心孔、径向孔、润滑槽、分离式钉头等典型特征的非标螺栓定力的强度限制因素做了讨论。本文以实际型号的工程实践为例讨论了上述技术方法的应用,可为飞机操纵面运动机构中,具有特殊性能和复杂功能的非标螺栓提供设计参考。
In this paper, based on the typical design of the control plane of a large passenger aircraft, based on the friction torque relationship of the bearing slip channel, the research on the torque value of the bearing bolt is given, and the calculation principle and calculation method are given. The strength limitations of non-standard bolts with typical features such as center hole, radial hole, lubrication groove and separate nail head are discussed. This paper discusses the application of the above technical methods by taking the actual engineering practice as an example, which can provide design reference for non-standard bolts with special performance and complicated functions in the control system of aircraft control surface.
