在 MS 附加 BA 5mgL~(-1)、IAA 0.2mgL(-1)及 BA 1mgL(-1)、IAA 0.2mgL(-1)的培养基上,考察了离体番茄子叶的愈伤组织发生及组织再分化的进程。并测定了培养过程中过氧化物酶活性、过氧化物酶同工酶谱的变化,通过分析离体组织形态发生初期的生理生化变化,试图寻找番茄子叶脱分化及再分化与理化变化之间的相互关系。
The callus formation of detached tomato cotyledons was studied on MS media supplemented with BA 5 mgL -1, IAA 0.2 mg L -1 and BA 1 mgL -1 and IAA 0.2 mg L -1.
