为加强应急管理工作,提高有效处置突发地震事件的能力,检查部分县(市)地震应急预案的落实情况,贯彻落实全成都市应急管理工作会议精神,2006年9月4至6日,在彭州市北部举行了成都市地震系统地震应急演练。这次地震应急演练主要目的是检验全市地震应急队伍处置突发地震事件的能力;考察地震应急各专业队伍、基层工作人员、各县市地震部门内外协同联动的能力;加强我市防震减灾助理员的业务培训,提高其实战能力和水平;分析查找我市地震系统目前开展地震应急工作存在的差距和问题,探讨解决的办法和途径。
In order to strengthen emergency management, improve the ability to effectively handle sudden earthquakes, check the implementation of some earthquake contingency plans in counties (cities), and implement the spirit of the emergency management conference in Chengdu, September 4-6, 2006, at An earthquake emergency exercise for the earthquake system in Chengdu was held in the northern part of Pengzhou City.
