使我深感奇怪、百思才解一二的是,印度穷人尽管再穷,—般都是怨前世造了孽,很少会把怨气发到富人身上,就是说,印度穷人整体上没有嫉富、仇富的“红眼病”,更没有杀富济贫的造反意识。他们相信因果报应、业报轮回的宗教思想,害怕做了坏事会遭报应,只希望神保佑他们从苦海中解脱。正因为如此,印度贫富之间基本上能相安无事,和平共处。我来印度几年时间,亲眼所见,印度穷人,包括乞丐,虽然听说过有的有时难免贪小便宜,顺手牵羊,小偷小摸,即使再穷,一般也不会去偷盗抢劫,穷人报复富人者,鲜有所闻。
