心脏病患者使用地戈辛的同时常需加用胺碘酮以控制难治性心律失常。因此,地戈辛和胺碘酮相互作用的影响已成为临床治疗中面临的一个实际问题。文献报道,应用地戈辛的病人在合并胺碘酮治疗后,血清地戈辛浓度明显增高,并伴有中毒症状发生。但也有报道,两药合用不仅能增加血清地戈辛浓度,而且也增加尿中地戈辛浓度,临床上并不出现地戈辛中毒现象。本实验以正常健康人为对象,对两药合并应用后的血清和尿地戈辛浓度进行测定,并观察其服药反应和心电图变化。
Cardiac patients often need to add amiodarone to control refractory arrhythmias. Therefore, the influence of digoxin and amiodarone has become a practical problem in clinical treatment. Reported in the literature, the application of geoxin patients with amiodarone in the treatment, the serum Geoxin concentration was significantly increased, accompanied by symptoms of poisoning. However, it has also been reported that the combination of the two drugs can not only increase the concentration of geoxacin in the serum, but also increase the concentration of digoxin in the urine, which does not appear to be geoxincin in the clinic. In this experiment, normal and healthy people as the object, the two drugs combined application of serum and urine geoxin concentration was measured, and observed the medication response and ECG changes.
