水稻OsMKK10-2基因受脱落酸、干旱、盐和冷胁迫诱导表达。OsMKK10-2能与下游激酶OsMPK1,OsMPK5和OsMPK6相互作用,且OsMKK10-2N端MPK停泊位点决定了其与下游MPKs间的互作。OsMKK10-2与GFP的融合蛋白定位在烟草细胞质和细胞核。不过,较长时间表达OsMKK10-2可以导致烟草细胞死亡和ROS产生,且依赖于其N端的MPK停泊位点。研究结果为进一步揭示OsMKK10-2的生物学功能奠定了基础。
Rice OsMKK10-2 gene was induced by abscisic acid, drought, salt and cold stress. OsMKK10-2 interacts with the downstream kinases OsMPK1, OsMPK5 and OsMPK6 and the OsKK10-2 N-terminal MPK docking site determines its interaction with downstream MPKs. The fusion protein of OsMKK10-2 and GFP is located in the cytoplasm and nucleus of tobacco. However, longer expression of OsMKK10-2 results in tobacco cell death and ROS production, and relies on its N-terminal MPK docking site. The results laid the foundation for further revealing the biological function of OsMKK10-2.
