本报告主要阐明如何保护地下钢管免於腐蚀。其中部分涉及到钢管的腐蚀过程及腐蚀原因,介绍测定土壤腐蚀等级的方法。在防止地下钢管腐蚀的措施中介绍沥青覆面保护层(对保护层的要求,保护层的组成部;保护层的类型及其选择)及提及阴极保护法的原理:外电流阴极保护法及自护阳极阴极保护法。本报告可供教学上,设计上及研究上关於防止地下钢管腐蚀的参考。
This report focuses on how to protect underground steel pipes from corrosion. Some of them involve the corrosion process of steel pipe and the cause of corrosion, and introduce the method of measuring soil corrosion grade. Described in the measures to prevent corrosion of underground steel bitumen cover layer (the requirements of the protective layer, the composition of the protective layer; type of protective layer and its choice) and refers to the principle of cathodic protection: external current cathodic protection and self-protection Anode Cathodic Protection Act. This report is for teaching, design and research on the prevention of corrosion of underground steel pipe reference.
