Strategic Layout: Vanke has formulated a strategic layout of “3 + X + Y” in Guangzhou. “3 + X + Y ” means that based on the urban center, open up the eastern and western sections of Guangzhou City; on the basis of the above three central circle, Baiyun in the north, Huadu in the north and Panyu in the south as the “X ”Circle; to Nansha, Conghua, Zengcheng as “ Y ”circle as a supplement.
