目的测定2%氟蚁腙胶饵对不同美洲大蠊密度的药效。方法参照GB/T 13917.7-2009进行。结果美洲大蠊密度为20只/箱时,摄食系数和药后12 d致死率最高,分别为1.138和93.33%;美洲大蠊密度为10和30只/箱时,摄食系数分别为0.928和0.413,药后12 d致死率分别为73.33%和76.66%。结论美洲大蠊密度在一定范围内(10~20只/箱),随着蟑螂密度的增大,蟑螂对饵剂和饲料的取食量增加,摄食系数也增加。当蟑螂密度为30只/箱时,蟑螂对饵剂的取食量反而降低。3个密度梯度试验组中只有蟑螂密度为20只/箱时,能达到较好的防治效果。
Objective To determine the efficacy of 2% fluazitone gel on the density of different American cockroaches. Methods refer to GB / T 13917.7-2009. Results At the density of 20 cockroaches per case, the coefficient of feed intake and the lethality at 12 d after treatment were the highest (1.138 and 93.33%, respectively). When the American cockroach density was 10 and 30 per cage, the coefficient of feed intake was 0.928 and 0.413 The lethal rates after 12 days of treatment were 73.33% and 76.66% respectively. Conclusions The density of American cockroach is within a certain range (10 ~ 20 pcs / box). With the increase of the density of cockroaches, the cockroach ’s intake of baits and feed increases, and the food intake coefficient also increases. When the density of cockroaches is 30 pcs per box, the cockroaches eat less bait instead. Only the density of cockroaches in the three density gradient test groups was 20 / box, which could achieve a better control effect.
