在全国范围随机抽样的16所高职院校,已建立会计专业实习基地的有14所,平均每所院校仅拥有2.5个实训基地,实习岗位极其有限。作为学历层次低一个档次的中职学校,能建立实训基地的就更是少之又少。如何为会计专业学生提供完全真实的企业账务实训平台,充足的实习岗位,实现会计专业学生与企业会计岗位的专业技术技能的“零距离”对接,真正实现毕业能上岗,上岗能称职的教学目标。本文以“冠名式”“引进式”“分散式”三种校企合作形式交替进行实训实习模式进行实践,有效解决了中职校会计专业的实训、顶岗实习(就业)问题,成效显著。
A total of 16 specialized vocational colleges have been set up in 16 higher vocational colleges nationwide. On average, each college has only 2.5 training bases, and internship positions are extremely limited. As a lower level of academic qualifications secondary vocational schools, to establish training base is even more rare. How to provide a complete real account training platform for accounting major students and ample internship positions so as to realize the “zero distance” connection between the accounting major students and the professional technical skills in corporate accounting posts, Competent teaching objectives. In this paper, the practice mode of alternating training and internship with three types of cooperation between school and enterprise such as “title” “introduction ” “decentralized ” is practiced, which effectively solves the practical training and internship of accounting profession in secondary vocational school (Employment) issue, with remarkable results.
