长期以来,我国体育院校田径术科教学始终未能改变竞技化模式.教学内容以竞技运动为主,手段大同小异,缺乏年龄、性别、专业特点,严重影响大、中、小学“体育与健康”课程目标的实施.在田径术科教学时数递减和学校体育“健康第一”的指导思想下,采用“项群归类”的方法拓宽田径健身教学内容,提高学生的田径综合知识及教学能力,不失为培养“体育与健康”课程目标所需人才的可行之径.
