目的:研究丹参地上部分总丹参酮的提取工艺和筛选吸附树脂。方法:以总丹参酮的含量为指标,采用正交试验法研究提取工艺;以总丹参酮吸附率、解析率为指标,采用树脂静态吸附、解析试验法筛选吸附树脂。结果:丹参地上部分总丹参酮的最佳提取工艺为90%乙醇12倍量回流提取2次,每次1.5 h;D101-1树脂对丹参地上部分总丹参酮吸附和解析效果最好。结论:该工艺能较好的提取、分离和富集丹参地上部分总丹参酮。
Objective: To study the extraction process of total tanshinone from aerial parts of Salvia miltiorrhiza and screen the adsorbent resin. Methods: The total amount of tanshinone as an indicator, the orthogonal test method for the study of extraction; total tanshinone adsorption rate, resolution as an indicator, using static adsorption resin, analytical test screening resin. Results: The optimal extraction of total tanshinone from the aerial parts of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge was twice with 90% ethanol 12 times, 1.5 h each; D101-1 resin had the best effect on the total tanshinone adsorption and resolution of aerial part of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Conclusion: The process can better extract, separation and enrichment of the total part of tanshinone Salvia miltiorrhiza.
