目的:建立九里香中橙皮内酯和脱水长叶九里香内酯含量测定方法,并测定其在广西不同产地及药材中不同部位的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,使用Agilent Esclipe XDB-C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(57:43),流速0.7mL/min,检测波长332nm,柱温25℃。结果:橙皮内酯进样量在0.092-1.104μg,脱水长叶九里香内酯进样量在0.14-1.68μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r均为0.9999(n=5);橙皮内酯与脱水长叶九里香内酯的平均回收率(n=6)分别为98.25%和98.30%,RSD分别为0.76%和1.19%。结论:本法结果准确,操作简便,重现性好,可为九里香药材的质量控制提供方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of nerolidol and dehydroepionate in Jiuliuxiang, and to determine its content in different parts of Guangxi and its medicinal materials. METHODS: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on an Agilent Esclipe XDB-C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) using methanol- water (57:43) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.7 mL / 25 ° C. Results: The injection volume of orange lactone was in the range of 0.092-1.104μg, and the sample size of the dehydrated glomerulus lactone was in the range of 0.14-1.68μg with a good linear relationship with the peak area. The correlation coefficients were both 0.9999 (n = 5). The average recoveries (n = 6) of orange lactone and dehydrofolius were 98.25% and 98.30%, respectively, with RSDs of 0.76% and 1.19%, respectively. Conclusion: The results of this method are accurate, easy to operate and reproducible. It can provide a method for the quality control of Jiulixiang herbs.
