2001年,普陀区区政府明确提出:在全区各街镇独立设置1个有固定场所、独立编制的社区学校。这年1 2月,长风新村街道社区学校在原长风二小的校址上率先挂牌,各街镇相继建立了社区学校,这标志着普陀区的社区教育进入到实体化建设的发展阶段。作为上海市最早一批开始社区学校建制、实体化的街道,长风社区学校的建设和发展并没有多少可借鉴的经验。2002年9月,方竞雯从普教转岗到长风新村街道社区学校,成为一名社区教育专职教师,在这里开始了她新的职业生涯。近
In 2001, the Putuo District government made it clear that: Independently set up a community school with fixed places and independently prepared in the streets and towns of the whole district. In January of this year, Changfeng Xincun Subdistrict Community School took the lead in listing the original small winds of Changfeng, and community schools were established in each of the towns.
