用2,3—二氨基萘荧光法测定了鼻咽癌高发区四会县鼻咽癌病人与健康人血清及头发中硒的含量。结果表明,50例鼻咽癌病人血清硒平均含量(0.084±0.016ppm)显著地低于56例健康人(0.096±0.029ppm);54例鼻咽癌病人头发硒平均含量(0.443±0.070ppm)显著地低于53例健康人(0.469±0.066ppm)。
The content of selenium in the serum and hair of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and healthy people in Sihui county, a high incidence area of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, was measured by 2,3-diaminonaphthalene fluorescence method. The results showed that the average serum selenium content in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (0.084±0.016 ppm) was significantly lower than that of 56 healthy individuals (0.096±0.029 ppm); the average selenium content in hair of 54 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (0.443±0.070 ppm). Significantly lower than 53 healthy people (0.469 ± 0.066 ppm).
