本研究的目的在于考察主观幸福感的影响因素,并深入分析主观幸福感同个人成就与抱负之间的关系。首先,本研究编制了抱负水平问卷和成就水平问卷。其次,本研究选取学生、政府及事业单位工作人员、技术或管理人员、工人、不固定工作者五个群体680人为被试,探讨了他们的幸福感同抱负水平、成就水平之间的关系。研究结果表明:1、个体的幸福感和成就/抱负、成就水平、抱负水平三者都存在正相关关系。2、成就/抱负值可以解释幸福感8.9%的变异量。可以列出幸福感和成就/抱负的回归方程:y(幸福感)=21.959+25.769x(成就/抱负)。成就水平和抱负水平中六个因子可以解释幸福感21%的变异量。可以列出回归方程:y(幸福感)=14.326+1.030a(被支持感)+0.686b(挫败感)+0.447c(家庭生活)-0.261d(人际融合)+0.421e(期望)-0.383f(追求优越)。两个回归方程经统计检验,都具有意义。
The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of subjective well-being and to analyze in depth the relationship between subjective well-being and individual achievement and aspirations. First, the study prepared a questionnaire of the level of achievement and achievement level questionnaire. Secondly, 680 students from five groups including students, government and public institutions staffs, technical or managerial personnel, workers and non-permanent workers were selected as subjects to explore the relationship between their happiness and their aspirations and achievement levels. The results show that: 1, there is a positive correlation between individual’s happiness and achievements / aspirations, achievement level and aspiration level. 2, achievement / ambition value can explain the amount of variation 8.9% happiness. You can list regression equations for happiness and achievement / aspiration: y (happiness) = 21.959 + 25.769x (achievement / ambition). Six factors in achievement and aspiration levels account for 21% of the variation in well-being. The regression equation can be listed: y (happiness) = 14.326 + 1.030a (supportive) + 0.686b (frustration) + 0.447c (family life) -0.261d (interpersonal integration) + 0.421e (expectations) -0.383 f (the pursuit of superiority). Both regression equations have statistical significance and are of significance.
