From an early age, mankind was seeking explanations for many unpredictable phenomena that occurred around them every day. For example: Why does milk degenerate and become acidic? Where does infectious disease come from? Why does the dead plant and animal organic tissue corrupt and so on? When students learn about plants in the fifth and sixth grades, students know that all these phenomena are caused by a variety of tiny, single-celled organisms, microbes. Bacteria are a kind of microorganisms, and they are very small living creatures belonging to the plant kingdom. Every year, scientists repeatedly expose the secrets of these new unseen creatures.
