党的十八届四中全会就“全面推进依法治国”作出重要部署,其中明确要求“把法治教育纳入国民教育体系,从青少年抓起,在中小学设立法治知识课程”。基于这样的时代要求和大局目标,改革和完善现行思想品德课程法治模块势在必行。从初中学段课程设置看,法治教育主要被嵌入思想品德课程,与道德、心理健康、国情等模块并列交融,依照“我与自我—我与他人和集体一我与国家和社会”的生活逻辑
