对現在通用的电解制鋁法的分析表明,总电能消耗的60%是用在加热和熔化材料以及消耗在热損失方面,只有不到40%的电能才真正有效的用在分解氧化鋁方面。目前我国在电力和电气設备的供应方面都相当紧張,因此在沒有制定出完善的無电制鋁法之前,采用一种能节省大量电能的制鋁方法则是很重要的,本文所提倡的外部加热电解法就是想往这方面探討一步。这个方法是这样設想的,就是如果我們用任何一种办法將电解槽加热,讓其中的电解液能保持在电解
Analysis of the current common electrolytic aluminum process shows that less than 40% of the electrical energy used to heat and melt the material and dissipate 60% of the total electrical energy is truly effective in decomposing alumina.
