介绍了基于薄板理论的隔爆箱板厚与法兰厚度计算公式,在此基础上总结出了隔爆箱的简化设计方法,并以新能源矿用车辆的隔爆电源箱为例进行了设计计算,利用三维建模软件建立了隔爆电源箱的模型并应用有限元分析软件进行了静力学仿真,验证了该设计方法的可行性。
Based on the thin plate theory, the paper introduces the formula of thickness of flameproof box and the thickness of flange. Based on this, the simplified design method of flameproof box is summarized. The design of flameproof power box of new energy mine vehicle is taken as an example The model of flameproof power box was established by using 3D modeling software and the static simulation was carried out by finite element analysis software. The feasibility of this design method was verified.
