鉴于故障特征信号的多样性,对机械设备需测取不同的信号进行分析,以提高诊断的合理性。为此我们用面向对象的方法实现了多通道信号的数据采集,并编制了多种处理算法,提高了信号的信噪比。
In view of the diversity of fault signatures, different signals need to be measured and analyzed by mechanical equipment to improve the rationality of diagnosis. To this end, we use object-oriented method to achieve multi-channel signal data acquisition, and the preparation of a variety of processing algorithms to improve the signal-to-noise ratio.
