一家瑞士精密磨床制造厂开发的无心磨削装置,证明无心磨削是细小件磨削达到精确结果的最好方法。本文以一个直径公差仅为0.005mm的高速钢(HSS)切割冲头的加工作例子,说明传统磨削方法的局限性和用无心磨削达到的精确程度。
The centerless grinding device developed by a Swiss precision grinding machine manufacturer demonstrates that centerless grinding is the best way to achieve the exact result of fine grinding. In this paper, a high-speed steel (HSS) cutting punch with a diameter tolerance of only 0.005 mm is used as an example to illustrate the limitations of traditional grinding methods and the accuracy achieved with centerless grinding.
