目的 :观察益母草水煎液对大鼠子宫肌电活动的影响并探讨其机理。方法 :在大鼠一侧子宫浆膜表面埋埴一对Ag AgCl双极电极并联机记录。分别给其腹腔内注射益母草水煎液 0 .1ml,0 .2ml及 0 .4ml,对大鼠子宫肌电活动的变化进行慢性实验观察。结果 :在注药后 ,大鼠子宫肌电的慢波频率加快、平均振幅增大 ;单波频率加快、最大振幅增大 ;爆发波时程延长、串间隔缩小、最大振幅增大 ,并与剂量有关。结论 :益母草对子宫的兴奋作用可能是通过改变了与电活动有关的一些离子浓度 ,使起步细胞电活动加强及动作电位去极化速度加快所致。
Objective: To observe the effect of Herba Leonurus decoction on the uterine myoelectric activity and to explore its mechanism. METHODS: A pair of Ag AgCl bipolar electrodes were embedded in the surface of the uterine serosa of rats and recorded on the line. They were intraperitoneally injected with 0.1 ml of Herba Leonurus decoction, 0.2 ml and 0.4 ml, respectively, and chronic experimental observations were performed on the changes of uterine myoelectric activity in rats. Results: After injection, the frequency of slow wave of rat myometrium increased and the average amplitude increased. The frequency of single wave was increased and the maximum amplitude was increased. The time course of outbreak wave was extended, the interval between strings was reduced, and the maximum amplitude was increased. Dose related. Conclusion: The excitatory effect of Motherwort on the uterus may be due to the change of some ion concentration related to electrical activity, which results in the increase of electrical activity of starting cells and the acceleration of action potential depolarization.
