为积极响应邓小平同志南巡讲话精神,适应进一步解放思想、深化体制改革形势的需要,杭州市基本建设优化研究会在杭州成立了杭州建设投资优化研究咨询所,于近期正式开业。该所以研究会为依托,发挥专业人才优势,积极开展以投资为重点的软科学研究。投资项目评估,企业资产评价,投资中介服务,投资项目咨询等活动。多方位,多渠道地服务于国家建设事业,并将为杭州经济发展和对外开放起积极的推动作用。法人代表(所长)为马德齐高级经济师。
