我院于1988年9月～1990年12月采用3％双氧水经双腔导管在SDL-300型超声显像仪下,作子宫输卵管通液检查,诊断不孕症原因。效果满意,现介绍如下。一、资料:本组35例为我院门诊不孕症患者,原发不孕者22例,继发不孕者13例;年龄最小者24岁,最大者35岁;不孕时间3～10年。二、操作方法:患者月经干净3～7d后,在充盈膀胱下取仰卧位,术者于下腹部耻骨联合上,从左至右作子宫纵切图象,测子宫长径及前后径,横向检查显示子宫及输卵管图象。观察宫内外回声,然后按输
