以水体不同浓度铬 (CrCl3 6H2 o)处理草鲤鱼卵和鱼苗 ,观察铬对鱼卵的发育和鱼苗的毒性作用。结果表明 :铬处理组浓度高于 ( 2mg/L)对鱼苗、鱼胚发育有毒性作用 ;染毒 7天内 ,10mgCr/L组鱼苗致死率 30 % ,草、鲤鱼卵孵化率分别下降 4 6%和 88 9% ;15mgCr/L组草鱼苗致死率达 10 0 % ,鱼卵孵化率为零。两种鱼对铬的耐受量无明显差异
