在中学背越式跳高教学和训练中,笔者发现学生往往忽视起跳环节中腿、臂的摆动,突出表现在起跳过程的开始阶段,摆动腿的支撑和蹬伸不积极,身体重心前移的速度不快。起跳时,腿、臂的摆动动作的加速和减速节奏不明显,且摆动与蹬伸配合不够协调。因而迭不到预期的起跳效果。根据动量守恒定律,身体的一部分动量的变化,会导致另一部分动量的改变。腿、臂的摆动动作效应必然会对支撑点的压力产生影响。
In the teaching and training of Fosbury high jump in middle school, I find that students often neglect the swing of the legs and arms in the take-off links, which are highlighted in the initial stage of the take-off process.
