2014年10月至12月,整整三个月的时间,我校三位教师有幸参加了市教委全新推出的上海市中小学校长、教师赴外籍人员子女学校伙伴研修活动。整个研修过程中,我们立足伙伴校——上海市长宁国际学校的经验与特色,紧密结合自己学校的实际情况确定观察思考的主要角度与重点问题,在该校开展直接观察学习,收获颇多。如下撷取研修中的所见所闻,
From October to December 2014, for a full three months, three teachers from our school were fortunate to attend the newly launched Shanghai Primary and Secondary School Headmasters and Teachers’ Training Program for Foreign Students and Children’s School Partners. Throughout the training process, based on the experiences and characteristics of our partner school, Changning International School in Shanghai, we closely combined with the actual conditions of our schools to determine the main points and issues for observation and reflection.
