第一条为了奖励实施项目审计中,揭露违法犯罪案件作出贡献的单位和审计人员,促进严格审计执法,提高审计工作质量,充分发挥审计监督的作用,更好地维护国家财政经济秩序,根据审计署的有关规定,制定本办法。第二条本办法所称揭露违法犯罪线索奖励是指省审计厅对在办理审计项目中,揭露出重大损失浪费、贪污挪用、行贿受贿、循私舞弊等违法犯罪案件线索被立案查处,为严肃财经法纪,促进廉政建设,维护财政经济秩序,作出了突出贡献的审计单位和审计人员予以奖励。第三条本奖励办法适用于省厅直接办理的和下级审计机关受省审计厅委托办理的审计项目。第四条办理审计项目揭露违法犯罪线索符合下列条件之一的,予以奖励:(一)揭露出的违法、犯罪行为涉及到县处级(含县处)以上领导
