随着我国建筑市场的不断扩展,见证取样人员的数量和素质也越来越满足不了当下的需求,有些监管部门缺乏有效管理,还有的检测机构对检测见证人员的核查疏于管理,对建筑施工的质量标准缺乏了解,质量管理能力差,控制手段不力,这就导致近年来在原材料见证取样中存在弄虚作假现象,工程上的不合格材料得不到及时发现,给工程结构留下不安全隐患。其检测结果失去真实性、代表性和公正性。因此,本文笔者结合自身的工作经验,深入分析了现下建筑工程见证取样过程中存在的问题,并阐述了一些个人的观点,仅供参考。
