提高高职高专院校管理水平是当前提高高等学校办学水平的紧迫课题之一,其中关键是提高管理队伍素质。本文从分析高职高专院校的现状入手,结合管理实践的体会,从理论与实践结合上阐述提升管理队伍素质与提高办学效益的关系。
Improving the management level of higher vocational colleges and universities is one of the most pressing issues to raise the standard of running colleges and universities. The key is to improve the quality of the management team. This article begins with the analysis of the status quo of higher vocational colleges and universities, combining with the experience of management practice, elaborates the relationship between improving the quality of management team and improving the efficiency of running schools from the combination of theory and practice.
