目的:进一步研究水烛香蒲花粉镇痛活性部位的化学成分。方法:采用活性成分追踪并结合硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱等方法研究活性部位的化学成分。结果:从活性部位分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别是zarzissine(Ⅰ)、胆碱(Ⅱ)、嘧啶-2,4-(1H,3H)二酮(Ⅲ)、6-甲基-嘧啶-2,4-(1H,3H)二酮(Ⅳ)、1-O-(β-D-葡萄糖基)-(2S,3S,4R,8Z)-2-[(2R)-2’-羟二十三酰胺基]-8-十九烯-3,4-二醇(Ⅴ)、1-O-(β-D-葡萄糖基)-(2S,3R,4E,8Z)-2-[(2’R)-2’-羟基十九烷醇氨基]-4,3-二烯十九烷-3-二醇(Ⅵ)和胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ为首次从该属中分离得到的化合物。
Objective: To further study the chemical constituents of the active site of pollen analgesia of Candlesthus. Methods: The chemical constituents of the active site were investigated by means of active ingredient tracing combined with silica gel column chromatography and gel column chromatography. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified from the active site, which were zarzissine (Ⅰ), choline (Ⅱ), pyrimidine-2,4- (2S, 3S, 4R, 8Z) -2 - [(2R) -2’-hydroxy tocopherol (2S, 3R, 4E, 8Z) -2 - [(2 ’ R) -2’-hydroxynonadecanol amino] -4,3-dienooctadecan-3-diol (VI) and daucosterol (VII). Conclusion: Compounds I and II are the first compounds isolated from this genus.
