为建立更加准确的航空发动机高压转子的有限元模型,对表征高压转子拉杆结构的盘与盘、拉杆与盘之间接触的力学模型进行研究,重构了接触部位的有限元模型。提出弹簧刚度矩阵和有限元模型刚度矩阵的融合修正方法,建立了包含接触的有限元刚度整体优化模型。运用拉直算子将优化模型中需要修正的参数分离出来,结合实验模态分析得到的模态参数对有限元刚度矩阵进行了修正。实例证明修正后的有限元模型真实反映了拉杆联接的航空发动机高压转子的接触状态。
In order to establish a more accurate finite element model of high-pressure rotor of aeroengine, the mechanical model of the contact between disk and disk, rod and disk that characterize the rod structure of high-voltage rotor was studied. The finite element model of contact part was reconstructed. The fusion correction method of the spring stiffness matrix and the stiffness matrix of the finite element model is proposed, and the global optimization model of the finite element stiffness including the contact is established. The straightening operator is used to separate the parameters that need to be corrected in the optimization model. The stiffness matrix of the finite element model is modified with the modal parameters obtained from the experimental modal analysis. The examples show that the modified finite element model truly reflects the contact state of the high-pressure rotor of tie-rod aeroengine.
